Overgrown

Lincoln Park steps just below the golf course:  1

Uphill along the road:  2 thru 13

Blackberry foraging at one of my favorite Land’s End spots, a sea of wild nasturtiums and blackberry bushes just below the golf course. Didn’t find many ripe ones — a bit too early. The trail could not  be seen from the top and it was difficult to push my way thru: 14 thru 19

A few lost golfballs down here too.

When I’d made my careful way nearly to the open area, covering the trail was what appeared to be someone’s bed. You’d think a homeless encampment would be somewhere offtrail. But it was so wild and overgrown here that maybe the person didn’t realize it was a trail.

And what’s with the dumped strollers in the bushes in two different locations?

The openspace: 20, 21

Up to the east stairway: 22

Down the east stairway (Coastal Trail) heading east: 23 thru 53

Out to Eagle’s Point and the east trailhead for the park: 54

Circling back to my beginning, the Lincoln Park stairs: 55
